Fasting

 

Fasting is an amazing therapy that has a very high success rate for a whole host of diseases and the best of all, its FREE!

It is really important to maintain electrolyte balance while fasting (this is well explained well by Cole with the Snake Diet below). Here is the basic recipe:

Electrolyte Water (Snake Juice) per one liter of water

1/2 tsp of baking soda (alkalizing, especially through 2-3 day acidosis from fasting and support the kidneys)

1/2 tsp of Potassium Chloride

1/4 tsp of Salt (full trace mineral spectrum salt such as sea salt)

Additional optional ingredients:

pinch of boron from Borax (alkalizing, helpful for hormonal health, bones)

1/8 to 1/4 tsp magnesium flakes (helps with sleep, nervous system)

Capsule (taken out) of Cayenne pepper or 1/8 to 1/4 tsp (helps heal digestive tract)

1-4 drops of Lugol's Iodine (supports thyroid)

Snake Diet videos are highly recommended, this method of fasting works very effectively, especially for long fasts and you get the recipe for keeping your sodium potassium and electrolyte balance in place while not eating along with cayenne pepper for curing gut issues; see the 4th video for that.
