Each session supports deep rest, body awareness and a sense of balance while giving you valuable time to pause and reconnect.

Your experience begins with the complete Luxury Bliss Indian Head Massage - an unhurried sensory journey encompassing the upper back, shoulders, neck, arms, hands, scalp, face and jaw.
Slow, rhythmic massage and gentle lymphatic techniques, informed by Soosie's training in Vodder Manual Lymphatic Drainage, are woven throughout. A delicate aromatic mist of lavender, sweet orange and rosemary adds another layer to the sensory experience without applying heavy oils to your hair or scalp.

Chakra Energy Balance
A quiet energetic experience offering time to pause, reconnect and bring your awareness back to yourself. Your experience is completed with a small crystal, chosen for you to take home as a personal reminder of this time set aside for you.

A nurturing massage using a refreshing botanical balm to comfort tired feet and complete your experience from head to toe.
After your treatment, take a few quiet moments over an organic herbal tea before stepping gently back into your day.
