         Spiral Alignment

The spiral was first discovered by Michelle Doody and Michelle Hurnik on July 9th 2014 at a kinesiology session. Michelle Doody came as a client and while undergoing a kinesiology correction for tightness in her chest, Michelle H asked Michelle D to describe the tightness with colours, shapes or textures. Before Michelle D had a chance to answer Michelle H saw a tight red spiral and within seconds Michelle D described the same red spiral. Michelle D then proceeded to listen to her guidance and stretch the spiral out into the form that was most natural to it and once it was the right size she noticed it starting to spin and spark. From that moment onward Michelle D could see everyone’s spirals and when using her hands she could also align them, usually within minutes. The initial alignment time depends on the state of the spiral, but the after affects can last weeks/months as the conscious mind is coming to face the underlying cause (s) of the suppressed spiral and the body readjusts to the spirals natural position.  During this time after the adjustment the individual may for the first time really wake up to the life they are living and will have an opportunity to choose who they really are and where they are going to go with their life. Also the body may do a lot of detoxing as old thought patterns and emotional blocks are released on a physical level.

The spiral is the essence of who we are. It represents the alignment (or misalignment) to our true selves, our soul and our life path. Most healthy spirals begin at the base of the spine and end above the head. The spiral itself is red encased in a yellow glow and it sparks off the top sometimes even with stars. Some people have two spirals that spin in the opposite directions creating a sort of sun. Everyone’s spiral is unique to their particular characteristics. For example an athlete may have a strong large spiral, while a healer may have a thinner, less compact spiral with a soft glow. There is no right or wrong, only the difference between a suppressed spiral and a spiral that is full and functioning. Many people (especially adults) have suppressed spirals and so far it has been found that the area where it is suppressed corresponds to pain and health problems for the person. Suppressed spirals can be dark, unmoving, small, upside down, sideways and/or in an area of the body that is not natural to it such as in the sternum as was Michelle D’s case. Spiral size also changes during the growth of a person. Babies are encased in their spirals and as they get older the spiral begins to look as in an adult; beginning at the spine base and ending above the head. The Spiral is affected by how the individual perceives life, especially by the perception of freedom to do what you really enjoy doing. The true self and thus the spiral is suppressed by fear, negative self talk, not trusting self, not believing in self, belittling inspiration with “oh how could that ever work?” and a lack of life skills that support creativity, synchronicity and success. The individual is left with compromising life and joy for security and creates a life that is a fraction of what they had in mind when they decided to incarnate on this earth.

Fully functioning spiral.

It starts at the sacrum and grows towards the shoulders and above. It is bright red with a stong yellow shine. Usually sparks flicks out around shoulders area.

Functioning spiral of a pregnant woman. The spiral of the baby is seen as red light ball.

Slightly functioning spiral. It is active but out of place. This position needs to be corrected to stand horizontaly. Michelle has the ability to change the direction of the spiral and "click" it to it's natural most desired place.

Very disfunctional spiral. Sitting upside down and shriveled. It has no shine and it has a black color. During the first session Michelle is able to activate this spiral, change its direction. It usually need another session or two to keep it aligned.

Another version of a disfunctional black spiral. This time it sits across the lower back. People having this kind of spiral usually experince a pain or tightness in the area.
